Digital delivery
Proposed: After a successful payment, sign in to your verified customer account to download the toolkit ZIP. Keep a backup of your download. Contact support if you cannot obtain or open the files. Purchases are not enabled on this draft page.
Permitted use
Proposed: Use and adapt the blank templates for your own projects and client work. Do not redistribute or resell the toolkit itself or present its fictional examples as real customer work. Final usage terms require seller approval.
Refund requests
Proposed: Contact customer support with your order reference if you bought the wrong item, cannot access the download, or the files differ from their description. The seller must review the request and confirm its decision and any payment-provider processing. Applicable customer rights are not waived. The seller must approve the final refund policy before sales open.
Privacy
Draft: The customer service uses account and session cookies for sign-in, verification and purchase access. It processes customer contact, order and support information to provide the purchased product. Stripe hosts card entry; BART does not receive card numbers. The actual email and hosting providers, retention periods, privacy contact, customer rights process and applicable jurisdiction still need to be confirmed. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are included in these prepared pages.
